Terms of Service

Welcome to Block Slide King. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and any related services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before playing.

By downloading, installing, or using Block Slide King, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Block Slide King. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use the Game with verifiable parental consent. If you are between 13 and 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Block Slide King for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control.

This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices within the Game

3. User Conduct

When using Block Slide King, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Game
• Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Block Slide King may offer virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other users
• All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove virtual items at any time without liability
• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google's payment terms

5. Advertisements

Block Slide King is a free-to-play game supported by advertising. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during gameplay, including rewarded video ads and interstitial ads
• Rewarded video ads are entirely voluntary — you choose to watch them to earn in-game rewards
• Ad content is served by third-party networks (including Google AdMob) and we do not control the specific ad content displayed

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Block Slide King — including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, game mechanics, artwork, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the Game without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Block Slide King is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Game or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components

Your use of the Game is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Block Slide King, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of virtual items, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Block Slide King at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game will automatically end. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through legally recognized dispute resolution procedures.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Game or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Game or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
